Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hollow blade of a turbine engine, and a stepwise hot twist device used in its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a hollow blade for a turbine engine includes a stepwise hot twist work of a manufacturing element l of an impeller by hot twist of the element l made of titanium alloy of a TA6V type at a temperature of 700°C or more, by action of a plurality of bars 5 operated by rotary motion around a twist shaft, acting on collar which is beforehand fixed on the element 1 arranged according to twist formula which is set beforehand. An allocation and the number of the collars are decided so as to obtain a linear change of twist between the collars. A specified device is used for carrying out work.
