PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the dimensional accuracy of shape and to improve the accuracy of assembly without necessitating special equipment and dies by reducing working processes of an EA plate. SOLUTION: In a position A, the lower end of a shaft 14 is clamped by hand and fixed, a metal plate S is inserted through a slit 24 and restrained in a restraining groove 18 of the shaft 14. In the position B, a spool 12 is fixed so as to be not rotated with a clamping arm 46 and the shaft 14 is rotated through about 270° with a driver in the anticlockwise direction. In the position C, the shaft 14 is fixed by hand, the side face of the spool 12 is clamped with drive arms 48 and the spool 12 is rotated through about 180° in the anticlockwise direction. In this way, the EA plate 10 as the parts having the shape of the double curved surface as it is assembled between the spool 12 and the shaft 14, so there is not error in the accuracy of assembly and the functional properties of products are not affected.
