To provide a manufacturing device for a supporting body for a planographic printing plate capable of manufacturing aluminum alloy plates, while maintaining high controllability, without having to strictly control the manufacturing process.
The manufacturing device for the planographic printing plate is characterized by that the device is provided with a circulating system having a desmutting treatment tank 4 for executing an acid treatment using at least an acid solvent and a circulating tank 5 for storing the acid solvent, in which the circulating tank 5 and the desmutting treatment tank 4 are interconnected with at least a pair of liquid feed ducts 7a, 7b, the acid solvent is fed to the desmutting treatment tank 4 from the circulating tank 5 through one of the liquid feed ducts 7a, 7b, the aluminum alloy plate 1 is treated with the acid treatment in the desmutting treatment tank 4, and the acid solvent after the acid treatment is fed to the circulating tank 5 through the other liquid feed duct. Furthermore, the circulating tank 5 is provided with at least a liquid supplying means for supplying concentrated sulfic acid and/or water to the circulating tank 5, and an aluminum ion supplying means for supplying aluminum ion.
