Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a cathode for an electron tube equipped with a cathode sleeve that absorbs radiant heat from a heater efficiently.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cathode for an electron tube includes a step of forming a first metal film on the surface of a hollow portion of a cathode sleeve 1 for adhering or impregnating the surface with a thermionic emission material and disposing a heater 4 in the hollow portion, and a step of forming a second metal film 6 obtained by changing the first metal film by heating the first metal film, and when the second metal film 6 is formed, a metal having many voids is formed by the heat treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
