Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite resin material promoting effective utilization of coal ash, less in air bubble generated inside, good in appearance and capable of providing sufficient material strength and weather resistance and having simple manufacturing process and the composite resin material.SOLUTION: Coal ash 12, liquid paraffin 14 which is a mineral oil, a synthetic resin raw material 16 and an acid conversion agent 18 are mixed and blended at one time. The liquid paraffin 14 is adhered and penetrated to a particle surface of a coal ash 12 and the particle of the coal ash 12 is uniformly dispersed in the synthetic resin raw material 16 via the liquid paraffin 14. The acid conversion agent 18 is a maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin resin. The added amount of the acid conversion agent 18 is 1 to 6 mass% of the synthetic resin raw material 16. The coal ash 12 is mixed at a percentage of 20 to 80 mass% of whole. The liquid paraffin 14 is mixed at a percentage of 0.4 to 0.5 mass% to the coal ash 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
