Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a saw blade advantageous to restraining the occurrence of cracks and further improving a service life of the saw blade 1, and a saw blade.
This manufacturing method of the saw blade includes: a process of preparing a saw blade material 1A having a continuous blade part 10 where a blade part 11 is continuous; and a peening process of peening at least the blade bottom 14 of the blade part 11 in the saw blade material 1A.
