Title:
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING DIELECTRIC FILTER AND DEVICE THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2748919
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high efficiency in work and to execute adjustment without depending on the knowhow of a worker by automatically analyzing and deciding the adjustment quantity of a dielectric filter.
SOLUTION: The characteristic of an adjusting element in the dielectric filter 2 is varied from a set value within a fixed range so as to be assigned to a high frequency simulator 12, to be adopted as data of a frequency characteristic corresponding to the deviation of an adjusting element value and a neural network 14 is permitted to learn it. At the time of adjustment, the frequency characteristic measured from an actual object is inputted to the neural network 14 and the deviation quantity of the adjusting element is obtained. The difference of the frequency characteristic at the time of design from that as against the deviation quantity is the improvement expecting value of the caracteristic at the time of correcting deviation quantity. The difference is added to the measured characteristic, the adjusting element value is changed little by little unless it satisfy standard and the characteristic is inspected. After that, difference from the characteristic at the time of design is, moreover, added. When standard is finally satisfied, the total sum of deviation quantity till this time is adjusted as the adjustment quantity of the adjusting element.
