PURPOSE: To make quick operation of suction and removal of cleaning water in a reaction vessel by sucking and removing the cleaning water in a reaction vessel by a suction nozzle while blowing air by an air injection nozzle into the vessel after the end of the cleaning of reaction beads.

CONSTITUTION: A dispensing head 4 is fixed to the body of a cleaning device or is supported thereto in such a manner that the head can be freely vertically moved. A liquid chamber 43 which accepts the cleaning water from a tank T1 for the cleaning water, an empty chamber 44 communicating with the suction side of a compressor P2 and an air chamber 45 communicating with a discharge side. The cleaning water is poured by the dispensing nozzle 41 into the reaction vessel 20 into which the reaction beads 1 are dropped. Such cleaning water is sucked and removed by the suction nozzle 40, by which the cleaning of the reaction beads 1 is executed. The cleaning water in the vessel 20 is sucked and removed by the nozzle 40 on the other side in the vessel 20 while the air is blown by the air injection nozzle 42 from one side part in the vessel 20.
