Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a film excellent in gas barrier properties without causing cracks although the method is accompanied with a bending step such as a step of rounding a sheet for a body part into a cylindrical body part of a cup-shaped container and the like.SOLUTION: As a sheet for a body part, used is a sheet produced by laminating a thermosoftening resin film on one surface of a paper substrate so as to come into contact with the paper substrate and laminating a coating film by applying a coating liquid including a polyvalent metal compound and a phosphorus compound on the other surface of the paper substrate. When rounding the sheet for a body part and bonding both side ends of the sheet to make a cylindrical body part, the coating film is free from cracks caused by following the working. After applying a bottom material to the cylindrical body part to make a cup-shaped intermediate product, the polyvalent metal compound and the phosphorus compound in the coating film are reacted by heating to produce a gas barrier composite structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
