Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lubricating film which is excellent in lubricity and formability and can be easily removed by washing with water after forming.
CONSTITUTION: A lubricant composition is prepared by mixing at least one water-soluble cellulose (A), at least one water-soluble polyamide (B) at least one wax (C) (e.g. polyethylene wax) with a melting point of 50-130°C, and water (D) in such a manner that the weight ratio of component A to component B is (1:1) to (20:1) and the content of component C is 3-90 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total of components A and B. This composition is applied to the surface of an aluminum (alloy) plate and dried to form the objective lubricating coating film of 0.1-2g/m2 thereon.
