A local bent part is formed by pressing a bending/supporting body against the surface of the metallic foil held in a strained state and, after that, a continuous stripe-like crack or a craze region is formed approximately perpendicularly to the tensile direction of the metallic foil by pulling the foil in the direction perpendicular to a bending line in the bending part as the metallic foil is brought into contact with the tip part of the bending/supporting body.
