Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a coffee-containing bread having an excellent appearance, an excellent inner phase and an excellent texture.
This method for producing the coffee-containing bread is characterized by preliminarily mixing liquid coffee with a fat or fatty oil to prepare the coffee-containing fat or fatty oil, and then using the coffee-containing fat or fatty oil as a fat or fatty oil raw material to produce the coffee-containing bread.
