Title:
METHOD OF REMOVING BOTTOM FORM OF CONCRETE SEGMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2710749
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform form-removing operation in a highly safe and efficient manner by changing the conventional operation of removing the bottom form of a concrete segment to a method excluding crane lifting operation.
CONSTITUTION: After forming a concrete segment, the longitudinal end forms 6 and the lateral end forms 7 of a formwork are moved outwardly to open the formwork. Eight hydraulic jacks 1 are provided on the side of the lateral end forms 7 of a formwork foundation 5, i.e., the four hydraulic jacks are located facing toward each side face of the concrete segment 8, and an insertion pin 2 on the top of each hydraulic jack 1 is inserted into the mating pin lifting hole formed in each side face of the concrete segment 8 to secure the jacks in place. In this way the formwork foundation 5 and the concrete segment 8 are connected together by the hydraulic jacks 1 and the concrete segment 8 is kept in a horizontal condition. The concrete segment 8 is gradually lifted while avoiding loss of its horizontal condition by a finely adjustable lifting operation of each hydraulic jack 1.
