Abstract:
To provide a method for spraying fine particulates enabling the particulates to be stuck only to a desired area of a glass substrate to be a body to be sprayed, and also to provide a device used for it.
A sticking area for sticking the particulates is formed on a desired area of the body to be sprayed by using sticking media such as volatile liquid or the like through an ink jet method or the like. The particulates in a nonsticking area out of the particulates sprayed on the body to be sprayed are removed so as to solve the above problem.
