Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow each finger to be displaced to a great extent with extremely low voltage applied in the field of view under a microscope and the like in regard to a micro gripper used to grip a minute object.
CONSTITUTION: Paired flexible fingers 33 are disposed at the tip end of a gripper main body 31 while being faced to each other at certain intervals, and concurrently a single coil layer or plural coil layers 37 are constituted to be formed at the flexible fingers 33. Moreover, the flexible fingers 33 are made of non- organic material or organic material. Furthermore, each projected or each recessed hold section 35 is formed at the flexible fingers 33. And each coil layer 37 is made of super conducting material.
