To provide an AED utilization system which navigates to the nearest location of AED on the screen of a mobile phone if an informer person encounters an accident in which the AED is needed at emergency and emits an alarm, a light or the like to appeal its location from the side of AED at the same time, and also to provide a control terminal and an AED.

The AED utilization system uses a control terminal to prompt an informer person to acquire an AED. The control terminal is equipped with a data base registering the locations of AED, and when a notice is given from the person through the person's terminal, the control terminal acquires the positional information of the person's terminal, extracts the location information of the nearest AED from the position of the person's terminal according to the acquired positional information, sends the extracted positional information to the person's terminal, communicates with a mobile phone provided to the AED, and starts notification to the periphery by means of a notification means of the AED.
