Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal holding device capable of preventing the sticking solidification of a molten substance to the inner wall of a crucible caused by molten metal scattering, also easy in the exchange of a heater, and reduced in the risk of heater damage as well.SOLUTION: Provided is a molten metal holding device comprising: a device body 200 having a crucible arrangement space 201 at the inside; one or more crucibles 1 storing a molten metal 3; a first cover 4 closing the upper edge opening part of the crucible; a second cover 7 as a different body from the first cover closing the upper part of the circumferential space of the crucible; a lower part heater 20 provided at the lower region in the height direction of the crucible in the circumferential space of the crucible and heating the molten metal at the inside of the crucible; and an upper heater 10 held by the second cover, provided at the upper region in the height direction of the crucible in the circumferential space of the crucible and heating the inner wall 1a of the crucible exposed to the space 1b in the upper part of the molten metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
