Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor unit in which a heat sink is fixed to another member in the motor unit without using bolts.SOLUTION: A first recessed part 74 and a second recessed part 76 are formed at a protruding part 72 of a heat sink. A first protruding part 64b is fitted in the first recessed part 74. A second protruding part 66b is inserted into the second recessed part 76. Knurling is performed to the second protruding part 66b. The second protruding part 66b digs into the second recessed part 76 because the second protruding part 66b absorbs misalignment occurring between the second protruding part 66b and the second recessed part 76 due to dimension errors between the first protruding part 64b and the second protruding part 66b and between the first recessed part 74 and the second recessed part 76.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
