Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a short circuit failure when a high voltage or a large current is applied.SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor comprises: a plurality of dielectric layers 11 in which a mixed material of an organic resin and a ceramic dielectric is included as a main component; and a plurality of inner electrodes 12 in which a metal alternately laminated with the dielectric layers 11 is included as the main component. In a part or a whole of the plurality of dielectric layers and the plurality of inner electrodes, the relationship of a thickness t1 of the dielectric layers and a thickness t2 of the inner electrodes sandwiching the dielectric layers satisfies the following relational equation: t1≥15×t2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
