Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a conductive polymer excellent in high conductivity and properties for obtaining an active substance and useful for use in a device for electrochemically obtaining and/or salting out the active substance (e.g. a drug) by selecting a conductive polymer doped by a specific dopant.

CONSTITUTION: As the polymer is selected a conductive homopolymer or copolymer of, preferably, a monomer selected from pyrrole, thiophene, bithiophene, aniline, p-aminodiphenylamine and a derivative thereof doped with a dopant of a cyclodextrin having one or more sulfonic acid salt groups, preferably having the formula (wherein n is 2-50; M+ is Na+, Li+, K+, NH+ or Mg+1/2; and R is -SO3M+ or -OH).
