Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and easily diagnose abnormality of sealing ability due to a hole and gap formed due to damage and deterioration and to reliably prevent discharge of a hazardous material, such as dioxin.
SOLUTION: An air supply part 3 to induce and supply air in a discharge direction E is arranged at the internal part of a chimney 2. Before, operation of an incinerator H is started, a negative pressure is generated at the internal part of the incinerator H through induced air supply of the air supply part 3, a negative pressure is generated at the internal part of the incinerator H. When the negative pressure is detected and the detected negative pressure exceeds a preset first specified pressure, it is decided that abnormality occurs, and abnormality processing is executed. Further, when after operation of the incinerator H is started, the detected negative pressure is higher than a preset second specified pressure, control is carried out so that an air supply amount of the air supply part 3 is increased.
