Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can effectively carry out the purification of NMP.SOLUTION: Pervaporation separation means 18 selectively pervaporates moisture via a separation membrane, to yield dewatered NMP. Exhaust means 44, which is connected to the permeation chamber of the pervaporation separation means 18, exhausts from the permeation chamber. The exhaust from the permeation chamber is cooled by cooling means 40, and gas liquid separation means 42 removes the condensed water from exhaust. Meanwhile, washing means 46, regarding the exhaust discharged from the exhaust means 44, removes NMP in the exhaust, by washing the exhaust using the condensed water discharged from the gas liquid separation means 42, as washing water.
