PURPOSE: To simplify the manufacture of a choke coil by laminating plural printed circuit boards and having only to interconnect terminal patterns at both ends of corresponding coil pattern so as to form the coil.

CONSTITUTION: A 1st printed circuit board P1 and a 2nd printed circuit board P2 are laminated while a 1st coil forming pattern 5 and a 2nd coil forming pattern 8 are opposed via an insulation film to constitute the 1st printed circuit board pair I. Moreover, a 3rd printed circuit board P3 and a 4th printed circuit board P4 are laminated while a 3rd coil forming pattern 5' and a 4th coil forming pattern 8' are opposed via an insulation film to constitute the 2nd printed circuit board pair II. Thus, a 1st coil forming pattern 6 and a 3rd coil forming pattern 6' are connected in parallel to constitute simply a 1st choke coil L1.
