Abstract:
To provide a novel hemopoietin receptor and a nucleic acid encoding the receptor, and to provide an agonist, an antagonist, a therapeutic and the like functioning by the detection of a ligand of the receptor and the elucidation of interaction between the receptor and the ligand.
The novel hemopoietin receptor MR4 is originated from a mouse. The nucleic acid molecule corresponding to the interaction between the complex of interleukin 13 (IL-13) and interleukin 4 (IL-4) having high structural similarity with the interleukin 13 as the ligand of the receptor thereof, with the receptor, and the hemopoietin receptor, the genetic structure containing the nucleic acid molecule and the recombinant polypeptide are also provided.
