Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-close lock, which can also be installed to the door having small width size of a safe-deposit box and to which a conventional identification card can be used as it is. SOLUTION: The open-close lock 1 is annexed to the door 4 having a bank lock 5 and a user lock 6 of a safe-deposit box, and locked and released by an identification card C issued at every user. The open-close lock 1 is composed of a base plate 2 concealing the bank lock 5 at all times and a main body 3 having an unlock mechanism section operated in response to the data of the identification card C when the identification card C is inserted while being rotatably installed to the base plate 2 so as to conceal the user lock 6 at the time of locking and expose the user lock 6 at the time of release.
