Abstract:

PURPOSE: To lower a primary resonance frequency while suppressing the maximum stress of an elastic member to a value within the critical value of a spring by forming the cross-section of the central part of the member in the rotating shaft direction of the elastic member smaller than that of the terminal part in the rotating shaft direction.
CONSTITUTION: An elastic bar 13 is arranged at a micro actuator 11 instead of the elastic bar of conventional micro actuator. In such a case, the size in total length L direction and thickness T direction of the twist part 13A of the elastic bar 13 is set equal to that of a conventional twist part 3A, and the size in width W direction is decided so that the maximum stress σmax, applied to the twist part 3A can be prevented from exceeding the spring critical value when a load requested in the thickness T direction similar to the conventional twist part 3A is applied to the center part. In such a case, it is possible to suppress the maximum stress of the elastic member to the value within the spring critical value and also, to lower the primary resonance frequency.
