This organic electric field light emitting element is provided with a 1st sort middle layer who is located between a light emitting layer exterior part located in the direction, which is not the light extraction interface side of the organic electric field light emitting element, and a 2nd electrode, and can absorb almost visible light, which passes through the inside of this organic electric field light emitting element.
