To provide an original plate for flexographic printing plate which has high resin adhesion of an ablation layer (D), can suppress pinholes of the ablation layer (D), and is excellent in handleability.SOLUTION: An original plate for flexographic printing plate has a support (A), a photosensitive resin composition layer (B), an intermediate layer (C) and an ablation layer (D) in this order, in which the intermediate layer (C) contains a water-dispersible latex and a water-soluble polyurethane, and the water-dispersible latex and the water-soluble polyurethane have polar groups.SELECTED DRAWING: None
