Abstract:
To provide a particle matter supply device that can accurately discharge the necessary amount of the particle matter.SOLUTION: A particle matter supply device 10 has a mesh member 33 where a large passage hole 34A, a middle passage hole 34B, and a small passage hole 34C, varying from each other in size, are provided as particle matter passage holes 34. The small passage hole 34C is blocked by a particle matter arch formed by the particle matters being attached to each other (cross-linked) and is in such a size as to allow particle matters to pass with the particle matter arch collapsed. In addition, the particle matter supply device 10 has a shutter member 37 that can gradually change between the condition where all the particle matter passage holes 34 are released and the condition where all the particle matter passage holes 34 are blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
