PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographing device that can obtain a high-quality moving image by performing quick and accurate focus adjustment in response to a sudden change in situation during moving image photographing, and can meet a user's next intention that the user wants to change the situation during the moving image photographing.SOLUTION: A photographing device comprises: a moving image photographing execution part that executes moving image photographing; a focus adjustment part that can execute focus adjustment processing of a plurality of systems; an input operation part that performs an input operation to change the system of the focus adjustment processing performed by the focus adjustment part while the moving image photographing is executed by the moving image photographing execution part; a focus adjustment control part that, when the input operation is performed by the input operation part while the moving image photographing is executed by the moving image photographing execution part, changes the system of the focus adjustment processing performed by the focus adjustment part; and a shutter release button that functions as the input operation part when being half-pressed in a period other than during the moving image photographing, and that does not function as the input operation part when being half-pressed during the dynamic image photographing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
