To provide: a photosensitive colored composition that realizes high sensitivity and a good pattern shape (linearity, cross-sectional shape) and has high solvent resistance even if containing a high concentration of a colorant; and a color filter and a liquid-crystal display.SOLUTION: A photosensitive colored composition for a color filter contains a colorant (A), a binder resin (B), a photopolymerizable compound (C), and a photoinitiator (D). The colorant (A) contains one or more organic pigments (A1) selected from the group consisting of pigments represented by general formulas (1) to (3).
