Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject socks capable of keeping moisture of heels while insulating heat of feet by bonding a bondable interlining in a specific state to the backs of knit socks knitted by pile knitting so as to cover the heel parts of the backs of the knit socks.
SOLUTION: The whole periphery edge of a bondable lining 20 is bonded to the backs of knit socks 10 knitted by pile knitting in a belt-like state by thermal contact bonding or adhesion so as to cover heel zones. The bondable lining obtained by bonding a knitted interlining to the surface of a synthetic resin film is stuck to the back of the knit socks at the synthetic resin film side. Occurrence of elongation and wrinkle of the synthetic resin can be prevented without impairing the wearing feeling.
