Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and economize the system and to solve the backlash problem by using an air cylinder for sliding the body of the pipe terminal processor.
SOLUTION: A feeding device 40 of the pipe terminal processor is as follows: The front bar 41 and the back bar 42 which contain the bearing pieces are put in the front-back direction facing each other. The front ring bar 43 and the back ring bar 44 which can be bent freely in a dogleg shape are connected each other with a shaft between them. The air cylinder 47 is attached to the supporting board 46 installed on a bed plate with the shaft so that it can swing freely around the shaft. The edge of the piston rod 47a is attached to the upper part of the back bar 44 with the shaft so that it can revolve around the shaft. A slope shaped nail and a concave groove which can be connected closely between the part of the front bar 41 and the front ring bar 43, etc. The front and rear part of the feeding device 40 is connected to the support board which is connected to the slide and the rear part of the device 40 is also connected to the stopper 48.
