Abstract:

To enable utilization of both IC points and online points in utilization from a terminal with an IC card reader-writer, and utilization of the online points in utilization from a terminal without the IC card reader-writer.

When points are issued to a point member by a point service procedure from a user PC 31 without the IC card reader-writer, an Internet shop server 12 adds the issued points to the online points 111 of the member stored in a point server DB 110 of a point server 11. When points are issued to the point member by the point service procedure from a user PC 32 with the IC card reader-writer, the Internet shop server 12 adds the issued points to the IC points stored in an IC card ICC of the member inserted in the IC card reader-writer 33 or to the online points 111 of the member stored in the point server DB 110.
