Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing device of a power element which can manufacture a power element by using a simple structure while reducing work hours of the manufacturing, and to provide a manufacturing method of the power element and the power element.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method 200 of a power element 8 in which a diaphragm 83 is sandwiched by an upper lid member 82 and a receiving member 86 includes: a housing body part 210 and a cover member 220 which can hermetically enclose a gas, having a predetermined pressure, therein and includes an opening 214; a glass plate GL which covers the opening 214; a holding shaft 230 which is disposed in the housing body part 210 and the cover part 220 and holds the upper lid member 82, the diaphragm 83, and the receiving member 86 in an overlapping state; an actuator 240 which rotates the holding shaft 230; and a laser light source which radiates a laser beam LB to an overlapping part of the upper lid member 82 and the receiving member 86 from the outside of the housing body part 210 through the opening 214 to perform welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
