To vertically provide a reinforcing material of FRP rod, carbon rod, etc., for pressing a flexible pipe into a pipe line or the like, increase rigidity for pressing in a flexible pipe, also after press laying the flexible pipe in the pipe line or the like, remove the vertically provided reinforcing material of rod or the like recovered, and make this material reusable.

A flexible pipe laid by pressing it into a pipe line is compound with a reinforcing rod 2 of high rigidity of FRP rod, carbon rod, etc., for increasing rigidity of the flexible pipe 1 so as to be along it, in a tip end of the reinforcing rod 2, a rod fixing tip end head 3 is connected, so as to fixedly fit the head to an end part of the flexible pipe 1. The reinforcing rod 2 is an in-pipe press-in type flexible pipe arranged to be vertically attached to inside the flexible pipe 1, and having rigidity increased by thickening a diameter of the reinforcing rod 2 to the vicinity of an internal diameter of the flexible pipe, and the reinforcing rod 2 is arranged to be vertically attached to outside the flexible pipe 1.
