Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the generation of stress in a pipe by providing a plurality of holding members in a cave way along its extended direction, supplying packing materials from the flow-out port of a filling flow-out member inserted and supported in the holding member and then laying the pipe in a floating state.
SOLUTION: For laying a pipe 3 as a pipe line in a cave way such as a shield tunnel, first, a plurality of holding members 2 are fixed in a shield 1 along a pipe laying direction beforehand, a filling flow-out member and an air collecting pipe are held by each holding member 2 and then, after the laying of the pipe 3, a specified amount of filling materials is supplied. The supplying of the filling materials is executed simultaneously from the flow-out ports of the filling flow-out members and its supplying amount is set to a level for floating the pipe 3 in the shield 1 by a certain amount. Thus, the pipe 3 is floated to be linear and, after the filling materials are hardened, the entire area of the shield 1 is filled with the filling materials and the pipe 3 is buried in the shield 1 in a linear state irrespective of meandering of the shield 1.
