To cope with even a small contact pitch by elastically supporting a contact that is in contact with the terminal of a circuit to be tested with a desired contact pressure using an elastic body element, and supporting a plurality of elastic body elements with a desired contact pressure using an actuator.
A contact 1 for testing disconnection and short-circuiting in contact with the terminal of a circuit to be tested is fixed to one end of a leaf spring 2, one end of electrical wiring 3 is connected to the contact 1, and the other end is connected to a terminal 4a of a test circuit substrate 4. A plurality of leaf springs 2 are fixed to a support at each other end and generates a contact pressure that is proportional to the amount of deformation when touching a circuit terminal 10 of the circuit to be tested in testing. When an actuator 60 is energized, a rod 60b descends, a limit plate 9 hits against a projecting part 8a of a stop block 8 and stops, and the circuit terminal 10 rises in testing and touches the contact 1. As a result, the actuator 60 can retain a constant contact pressure and can travel, and the leaf spring 2 may be made of a small elastic body pair material to cope with a small contact pitch.
