Abstract:
To provide a desired technique that when a molding surface of a metal mold is processed over a larger area by scanning a laser beam by a composite method, can suppress a shape pattern which may influence a reflectance property of a surface of a molded product from being formed in the vicinity of a boundary part of a Galvano scan area.SOLUTION: In a processing method, when an object to be irradiated and a head are at a first relative position, laser beams with spot diameters larger than arrangement pitch of processed positions are sequentially emitted to the plurality of processed positions in a first area of the object to be irradiated to form a concave portion at each of the processed positions. When the object to be irradiated and the head are at a second relative position, laser beams with spot diameters larger than arrangement pitch of the processed positions are sequentially emitted to the plurality of processed positions in a second area of the object to be irradiated to form a concave portion at each of the processed positions, where the laser beams are emitted so that the concave portions in a boundary part between the first area and the second area do not overlap with each other specifically, because the first area and the second area are adjacent to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
