PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch train control information used for programs in a programmed route control device at a high speed without restarting the device.
SOLUTION: Initialization records of a package program and an application program executed by OS when a device is started are stored; only information required for initialization processing of each program is extracted, edited and stored in a restart information table 15; and restart processing of each program is executed automatically by the restart information table 15 being referred to when switching of train control information is instructed. When train control information is switched, content of the control table and the variable memory immediately before switching is stored in a file for storing data for restart 16, and the file for storing data for restart 16 is also used at the time of operation restart when train control information before switching is used.
