The respective recesses 70 include a perfectly-shaped recess 71 which assumes a predetermined shape, and an imperfectly-shaped recess 72 which does not assume the predetermined shape and which is formed by lacking a part of the perfectly-shaped recess 71. The protrusions 80 include an edge protrusion 84 that are disposed at the outer edge of the flat plate 20. The edge protrusion 84 partitions the lack part of the imperfectly-shaped recess 72.
