A cushioning member 3 having a print thereon is laminated and integrated to the reverse side of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin protector body 2 with an adhesive 4. As the transparent or translucent synthetic resin for the protector body 2, polycarbonate, polystyrol, polyethylene or the like is mainly used, and as the cushioning member 3, rubber sponge, foamed synthetic resin or the like is used. As the adhesive of the protector body 2 to the cushioning member 3, double-sided adhesive tape, CR adhesive, urethane adhesive or the like is used. When a small hole is provided on the cushioning member 3 or the adhesive 4 when the protector body 2 is laminated and integrated to the cushioning member with the adhesive 4, air basin can be prevented, so that they can be beautifully laminated and integrated together.
