Abstract:

To make highly accurate monitoring possible on a treated part without using a marker.

The radiotherapy treated part monitor includes: a radiation source (X-ray apparatus 20 for monitoring) that irradiates a treating target (patient 10) with a few kinds of energies; a plurality of photon count sensors 22 that discriminate and count by each energy region the number of photons of the plurality of energy regions transmitted through the treating target; an image identification means (monitor 24 for affected part position) that identifies a treated part (affected part 10B) from others (normal part 10A) on the basis of the output of the plurality of photon count sensors.
