Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new reaction method, detection method and its desirable equipment, by setting the condition of ultrasonic wave in such a manner that reaction is stabilized and its speed is increased, when ultrasonic wave is applied to a reaction method of antigen and antibody or protein and a cofactor and its detection method.
SOLUTION: While a ultrasonic wave whose amplitude pulsates is applied, antigen is reacted with antibody or protein is reacted with a cofactor. This reaction method is applied to a detection method. This equipment is provided with a tank 5 which contains liquid 6 as the transmission medium of the ultrasonic wave, an ultrasonic vibrator 1 which can generate a modulated ultrasonic wave, its driving equipment 7, and a vessel 3 for performing the reaction. The ultrasonic vibrator 1 is installed at a position which can transmit the modulated ultrasonic wave to the liquid 6. The vessel 3 is installed at a position where the vessel comes into contact with the liquid 6.
