Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium loading device which can prevent a loaded disk cartridge from springing out of a disk holder.
SOLUTION: A cartridge spring-out prevention member 44 is attached at the right face rear part of a disk cartridge 20 and prevents the spring-out of the cartridge 20 by locking a locking recess part 20a of the cartridge 20 via a locking part 44d when the cartridge 20 is loaded. When the dropping impact load, etc., is applied to the cartridge 20, the cartridge 20 and a disk holder 12 are instantaneously separated from a frame 14 and the part 20a of the cartridge 20 is removed from a boss of the frame 14. Under such conditions, the member 44 prevents the cartridge 20 from being pushed out of the holder 12.
