Title:
RECOVERY OF COLORING EFFECTIVE COMPONENTS FROM WASTE WATER OBTAINED AT ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTIC COLORING PROCESS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5597494
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reuse permanently coloring effective components present in waste water as electrolytic bath components by the procedure in which coloring-interfering substances present in aluminum electrolytic coloring process waste water are first removed and then coloring effective components are concentrated by a reverse osmosis apparatus and sent back to electrolytic coloring bath. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum material 1 subjected to a coloring treatment in the electrolytic coloring bath 2 using a water-soluble Ni compound, e.g., nickel sulfate, etc., as a coloring effective component, is washed with water in the water washing tanks 3 and 4. Then, the waste water from the first water washing tank 3 is sent to the Na ion adsorption column 7 and the Al ion adsorption column 8 to remove the coloring-interfering substances Na and Al ions present in the waste water and then stored in the receiving tank 9. Then, the waste water deprived of the coloring-interfering substances from the receiving tank 9 is supplied through the filter 10 into the reverse osmosis apparatus 12 by pressure 11, and then membrane-permeated water from the apparatus 12 is sent to the second water washing tank 4 to reuse it as washing water. On the other hand, reverse osmosis concentrated water is depressurized through a pressure-holding valve and then sent back to the bath 2.
