PURPOSE: To easily remove a vehicle from a rail even when the vehicle is incapable of running by moving two joint rail pieces to be aligned in parallel to one another, to the disconnected part of the rail by a sifter guide arranged in the direction crossing the rail line, and whereby switching the rails.

CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle can no more run by itself, the vehicle incapable of running is moved to a latest joint rail point of the vehicle by human power or by some other external force, and is stopped at the point of a joint rail 3. The joint rail 3 is moved to the side of a rail 2 along a sifter guide 5. Instead, the other joint rail piece 3A is inserted into the disconnected part of the rail, and the rail 2 is not disconnected but connected. Another vehicle can continuously run, while a vehicle 4 incapable of running is moved along a joint rail piece 3B that is in the side of the line, where the vehicle 4 is easily removed from the rail end.
