PURPOSE: To increase the movable range of an action point part by providing a gear meshed with a stationary base member and a first acting member on a movable fulcrum member so that they are meshed with each other, and by allowing a second acting member to be meshed therewith through the intermediary of a gear.

CONSTITUTION: A movable fulcrum member 2 on which a gear 6A meshed with a stationary base member 1 and a first acting member 4 is provided, is meshed with the first stationary base member and the first acting member 4, and a lever rod 3 is attached with the movable fulcrum member 2. Further, a second acting member 5 having a gear meshed with the first acting member 4 is meshed therewith. When the lever rod 3 is reciprocated, the movable fulcrum member 2 is rotated by the stationary base member 1 so that the movement of the first acting member 4 is increased so as to be greater than that of the movable fulcrum member 2. Further, the second acting member 5 is used for rotary motion. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the movable range and moving speed of the action point part.
