Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a robot driving route control method capable of generating a speed instruction for flexibly accelerating/decelerating the driving of a robot.

CONSTITUTION: The ratio of flexible accelerating/decelerating instructions is calculated with respect to the speed instruction every prescribed time and the ratio is previously stored in a storage device. At the time of driving the robot, a linear accelerating and decelerating instruction is calculated every prescribed time and the ratio stored in the storage device is multiplied by the speed instruction to calculate the speed instruction.
