The shaft 6 which has entered the cylindrical body 1 is returned to the original state by the elastic force of the compressed spring 13. That is, at the time of usage, by moving the cylindrical body 1 in the opposite direction from the arrow direction, a rotating force can be imparted to the shaft 6, and by moving the cylindrical body 1 while placing a toothpick part 17 on the region of an object which fills a tooth, or is pinched between teeth (a foreign object), the foreign object can be easily removed.
